The office stays three hours away. No meeting rooms, no projectors: just the meadow, the mountain and a shared table. People who pass each other in the corridor for years reach a summit together here, cook, laugh by the fire and watch the stars. That stays with a team longer than any presentation.

Around the same table
Meals are cooked in the village kitchen from local producers’ ingredients and eaten together: on the meadow, in the shade or by the fire. For many teams those meals, with no office desk between people, are the part of the day they remember longest.
